Your project team

A team of 'CREATIVE6' with the essential skill-sets is allocated to your project. A project leader, who will control the project development and report to the client, heads up each project team. The client will be introduced to all members of the project team prior to work commencing.

The next stage is the construction of the project. Our design, development, database and technical teams collaborate through the build process to ensure that the early visualization is not compromised. This team approach doesn’t only apply to design. Our team also works closely with you to determine infrastructure and site requirements. By using Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, and other open source content management system (CMS).

As specific areas are developed on a modular basis, they are presented to the client for feedback and approval. Our clients are made to feel that they are always 'informed' regarding the build progress

Digital branding

Our design team will meet with the client's marketing and design team to understand the brand perception and to ensure that the creative process will conform with existing brand guidelines.

A document will be prepared outlining the creative requirements from an experience, interactive, visual, and navigation perspective, the 'creative brief' from which an Interface Requirement Specification (IRS) is drafted.

From the brief, we will prepare a variety of visual concepts which will be presented to the client and appraised to determine the creative that best delivers the experience sought.

Our design team has extensive experience developing ad campaigns, brochures, posters, stationery, and marketing kits on behalf of its clients. Through our complete services, all our material works in synergy with any web projects that may be associated. We pride ourselves on the fact that we can generate original assets internally, such as illustration and photography. Our knowledge of print design is very important in our overall turnaround time. Clients that have benefited include; Vespa Bank Card, Pay Linksus, Solo Prepaid, and much more.

User experience

Emphasis is placed on further defining user goals and providing enhanced intuitive navigation and efficient user processes that will enable tasks to be achieved simply and effectively - the goal is to provide a strong, positive user experience that will promote re-usage, recommendation and positively impact the brand.

Technical architecture

Based on knowledge aggregation during the understanding process, combined with early visualization and functionality requirements, technical architecture schematics are developed that include the hosting requirement.

Determined by the project scope, these can typically include the following documents:

  • - Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
  • - Software Design Document (SDD)
  • - Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)
  • - Database Schematics
  • - Hosting architecture

Early visualisation

Once the 'look and feel' has been agreed, the solution is demonstrated to the client within a storyboard format often supported by digital mock-ups. The content architecture is clearly defined from both a process and content management perspective. This early visualization of the project allows for further client input at a stage prior to the build process.
